The best attraction of the area is Asia Highest and Longest cable car ride starting from 1890 elevation Joshimath and endign at higher altitude at 3000 meter covering 180 degree view of the Himalayan Mountain over 7000 meter. Second that make the Auli for Winter Selection A 4. km long slope ranging from a height of 2450 to 3159 m is good for skiers and snowboarders. There is one snow beaters which beat the snow to keep the slopes fit for skiing at all times durng winter season. Skiing & Snowboarding Equipment: Our Ski Shop at Lower Auli offer modern ski equipments and skiing cloths on rent. Day uses ski lesson are also available at our Ski Shop. We request and advised to bring heavy woolen clothing's like caps, socks, gloves, mufflers, pullovers, trousers, wind proof jackets, dark glasses, gum / snow boots and a torch for personal use.

The nearest airport is Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, which is about 179 km from Auli. Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is a domestic airport located at about 20 km away from city center of Dehradun. Taxi cabs are available from Dehradun airport to Auli. The airport operates daily flights to Delhi. Nearest International airport is Delhi, which is about 500 km away.
